Well Met, Chickadees!

The year is 2011 and Spring is now descending upon us with all her usual charms. How wonderful the prospect of warm breezes, blooming flowers, and adorable dresses now that the chilly fingers of Winter have unhanded us! We've waited a long time for this, so let's make the most of it while we can!

Let me apologize for my unusually long absence, but I've had various life-changing events in the last few months. Some bad, some good. I won't dicker around with trying to explain, but I will tell you about something wonderful that's happening to me. I am finally getting rhinoplasty, a procedure I've wanted for a few years now. The day is next Thursday, the 17th, and I am very excited!

This blog has experienced much generosity from different people. Expect some reviews to follow, not to mention more beauty tips and features devoted to the pioneers of the film industry. That's right! I've been fostering a passion for silent film, so we'll have some fun with that soon.
