Like many women, I have stretch marks. Mine are particularly bad in some places, like my lower abdomen and the back of my arms. When I experienced a growth spurt during puberty, I actually got two on either shoulder which are still slightly red to this day.
I have done so much research on the treatment and prevention of stretch marks, and generally found an attitude of "once you have them, you have them forever." I simply don't believe this could be true and to prove it, I am going to go out of my way to reduce the appearance of mine as much as possible.
It's my idea that people who take that attitude about stretch marks are people who gave up too soon. It might take eight months, it might take two years. But I really think that with frequent, strict application of certain products, they can be reduced or even removed. It would take constant maintenance and attention, but I think I can prove that it's possible.
Stretch marks ruin your confidence. Even when I'm covered up and looking my best, I know they're there and feel a little less confident. This is the case for many women, so I want to dig in and find THE WAY to get rid of mine or at least reduce them so that I can share it with you here.
Here are some ways to tackle those ugly things:
* Vitamin E
* Olive Oil
*Castor Oil
*Grapeseed Oil
*Cocoa Butter
*Exfoliation
*Glycolic Acid
*Collagen Creams
The preceding are external means of treating the marks. How about internal?
*Green Tea
*Vegetables
*Fruits
*Collagen powder
*ACV
I think that were a person to commit totally to both external and internal rituals, they could see a drastic change in their marks. I have decided to commit to this plan and see what happens.
When I see improvement, I'll share before and after photos.
